Who we are

Northline Plumbing & Heating ("we") is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us at hello@northline.example or on 01632 960 123.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the type of job and anything you write in the details box. If you call or email, we keep a record of that conversation.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us).
To carry out and invoice any work you book (to perform our contract with you).
To keep records we're required to keep, such as invoices and safety certificates (legal obligation).

We don't send marketing, sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who sees it

Only us. Enquiries pass through our form provider, which stores them on our behalf, and our email provider. Both act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for 6 years for tax and safety purposes.

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
